How to install?

I have an Epix Gen 2 watch, how do I install the iq file?
Garmin IQ store shows me to update the watch first, but I don't want to do it, because the new software for my watch doesn't suit me, it has a lot of bugs as you can read about on the official Garmin forum.

Some time ago I was able to install this data field, but I see that the new version has changed something.

I downloaded the GRun.iq v1.37 version (compatible with my watch).
I extracted the manifest.xml file, found the name for my epix2pro51mm watch in it, and copied the 006-B4314-00/GRun.prg file to the Apps folder on the watch.

The data field works, but it is impossible to change the settings in Garmin IQ. GRun is visible as white icon and nothing happens when I click on it.
