Missing SDK version for .NET app #62

In #56 we added an app using the .NET SDK. For that app our reports do not include SDK version because we rely on the X-Sentry-Auth header and the SDK currently doesn't include the version there, see getsentry/sentry-dotnet#1285.

We can close this issue either by:

Bumping the .NET SDK version after Inconsistent reporting of SDK information sentry-dotnet#1285 is fixed; or
Parse the request payload looking for structured data (read envelope or old pure-JSON event payload).
