We use LiveScript extensively for our front-end UI, totaling over 12,000 lines of code, converted from JS and Coffee by the inimitable @gkz.
All 13000 lines of our frontend server and client are LiveScript, with nary a line of JavaScript to be seen.
GiftPixel is a (currently stealth) startup that's building its product on the MEAN stack. Our frontend and backend code is mostly LiveScript. Two of our engineers had never used LiveScript (or Coffeescript) before but were able to quickly switch over from standard JS.
