Ability for a general project query to work

I had an issue that was reported by one of our customers regarding the Grafana plugin (screenshots below), it seems a general projects query does not work but if the projects filter is a specific project, it works but then, it forces the to create a ton of tiles all with a specific project filtered.

This makes the plugin almost unusable. If there is someway this could be prioritized, that would be great.
