We filter out lots of carbon flux values during the "RemoveBadData" processing steps. Not all of these removals are applied to the Latent heat (HL) and water flux (E?) terms. It is plausible that data points for C flux and water/latent heat should all be removed at the same time since both rely on proper IRGA data and values are probably bad for similar reasons.
