Verify card data when processed using Dataloggers.yaml

Currently checks on the datalogger name and modification date are not centralized into one script or location in process_card_main.m. There is no check on the datalogger id number. These checks need to be centralized and/or implemented, probably in process_card_main.m or a directly associated script.
