Missing use case

Used as an alternative to range input. Numerical fields with up and down arrows. For use when needed to set a max/min value.

• Review component/variant
  • Can be recreated with current v2 component but missing icon (is this a browser-based icon?)
• Decide with team whether or not this variant should be ignored, built within the DS v2 component, or created as a private asset owned by DSCC
• Update based on decision

Questions for Judy:

• Can the up / down arrows be pressed on a keyboard to change values?
  • Not sure, Judy will check with the team
• Can increments be pre-determined?
  • There can be a min and max implemented.
• Are up / down arrows only ever visible on hover?
  • Only on hover, it is never static

Met with Taylor, Matt, and @SeamusLeonardHPE. The decision is to include this as a variant within the textinput component.
