is it different depend on os ? need a doc here.
is there any other voice could be choose ?

Currently, this package only uses a Google Translate solution to solve this problem for free, but there are plans to write a provider that will make the engine usage more expandable. This will allow users to choose from different engines. I don't know the exact release date yet, but it may be available as early as this summer.
