How to register handler with PeriodicTaskManager

Hi Everyone,

For my project, I have to run some periodic tasks and I was going through this wiki. However, I cannot figure out how to register the handler corresponding to a task_type. The wiki mention registering the task but it doesn't say registering the handler function. I am pretty new to this library so I might be missing some information on this.
Any help would be appreciated here.
