Allow the host to approve answers marked automatically as incorrect

The host should be able to see answers given by players in real-time (ideally with a toggle to show/hide correct/incorrect answers). They should then be able to manually approve "incorrect" answers, which could be useful if the player entered a synonym not considered when writing the questions, or if the player simply entered a typo and the host wishes to give them the benefit of the doubt. The host could also have the option to send hints to the player to point them in the right direction.
