Clarify how list should be sorted #3

I'm not 100% sure how the list is sorted, but it may be worth clarifying it in the README and then doing a single pass to ensure it conforms. I think the scheme is: language-code alphabetically, and then words alphabetically, but unless I'm mistaken, it's not following that scheme exactly.

It's not super important IIRC. It's just sorted roughly for humans.
