Suppose a dashboard is configured with a coverity project.
Then the coverity project is deleted on coverity.
Hygieia holds on to the deleted project instead of deleting it. It is better to just delete the widget configuration for the coverity project on the dashboard.
I think this is better than holding on to a deleted project and showing a "Not Found error"
All other collectors I have worked with have the same problematic behavior. What do you think of the proposed solution?

Valid concern may be we can place a toggle flag configured at the properties file so that when turned on the cleanup process does not execute and we could modify the widget stating the this project is inactive.
