Webcam video not in proper resolution

When selecting webcam as an option the resolution is not the same resolution the webcam is sending and is scaled way down and hence blurry even when in full-screen mode.

Not only is this an issue for webcam users, but to those of us who use OBS Studio as a webcam interface to private chat and share windows/pictures embedded in our video stream or other mixed video functionality, this reduced video quality makes things unreadable/too blurry to make out.

The desktop sharing is the exact resolution of the input screen, can you please make the webcam the same resolution as it's input as well?

I'm relatively sure the webcam's resolution isn't being limited by zipcall, it might have something to do with the browser settings or the webcam input itself?

@ianramzy any ideas?
