Serve all the related repository documentation from main repo

As of now the documentation consists of only the main repo. All the dependent repos' links are redirected to github. Can we have a server to serve all the other repo's docs after ./scripts/clone.sh from local directory itself?

Hello @kirankumar-ravuri , the strategy for our maintenance and currency is for all documentation to be made available via https://ibm-cloud-architecture.github.io/refarch-kc/ and the individual topics & sections. This is not meant to be distributed across the individual component repositories for maintenance reasons. Please review the updated structure of the reference implementation documentation and let us know if there is anything else you'd prefer to see.
