Improve Intuitiveness of Hours Display in ProgressBarCard

Currently, the red number within the ProgressBarCard displays the hours that still need to be worked on, which includes both the remaining hours and any overtime from the previous month. This display is not entirely intuitive and may cause confusion. To enhance the user experience, it should be considered updating the display to show either only the real overtime or improve the way the value is embedded to clearly indicate what it represents.
