A user reported a situation where the counts of unique mappers in the SAM file is different than the number reported in mapping_stats.txt. A unique mapper in the SAM file in this case is interpreted as one where the "IH:i" value is 1. There are some mappers that have "IH:i:1" in the same file, but appear (correctly) in the RUM_Unique file.
