This is the community plugin area. To have a plugin created for Jellyfin will need someone to build it and create a pull request to have it added. Instructions can be found at: https://www.truenas.com/docs/hub/contributing/creating-plugins/

It has been added: https://github.com/ix-plugin-hub/iocage-plugin-index/blob/master/jellyfin.json you can close this issue I think and when the next TrueNAS version comes out it will show up in the plug-in area.
