Installation of paperless-ngx fails #392

When installing the plugin on TrueNAS Core 13.0-U6.1 (paperless-ngx release tornadoracer/iocage-plugin-paperless-ngx@2a3f5a4), I get the following error:

Error: paperless-ngx had a failure Exception: RuntimeError Message: pkg error: - py39-scikit-learn : Refusing to fetch artifact and run post_install.sh! Partial plugin destroyed

Seems like py-scikit-learn is no longer available in the latest repo of FreeBSD 13: https://www.freshports.org/science/py-scikit-learn.

I created tornadoracer/iocage-plugin-paperless-ngx#7 with a possible fix and verified that the installation completes successfully with the patch.
