Craft 5 Compatibility

I realize this is a fairly simple plugin. Do you expect that it will be updated for Craft 5 soon?

Hey @jalendport, this is a really handy plugin. I've ported it to Craft 5 for my own use (in a module), but would you accept a PR with the required changes for Craft 5?

Update: I'll get it released early next week. (I'm moving into a new apartment tomorrow so I've been very busy preparing for that and haven't had time to work on the new update.)
