key binding : open a new tab but stay in the current tab

'F' opens a new tab and immediately switches to that tab .
when the Internet speed is poor , it will take sometime for the new tab to load and until then
VROME is not functioning .

I think it's good idea to add a new keyboard binding which will open a new tab but stay in the current tab.
