state aggregatew does not show changes

For the very first aggregated state (i.e. diff to empty notebook), changes to cells are not really visible:

That is because, the changes are aggregated into one state, and for this aggregate state that is nothing before it to compare it to. Thus, everything is new until the user executes of of order for the first time.

What is still missing in the recording above, is that the whole cell should be highlighted as new. However, my feeling is that the individual changes should also be represented somehow.

also later on, although there i don't see it probblematic because the difference to the last major change is clear:
