Sometimes, it is necessary to add the unclassified taxa into the initial download. For example, bosavirus is unclassified at the Parvoviridae level so does not get downloaded for the Parvovirinae analysis. It would be nice to modify the pipeline so that multiple taxids could be added and downloaded. This would also enable the texting of new taxnomic groupings.
