Import / export lists

It would be nice to have an import/export button for the blacklist and the 
whitelist.

In addition, it would be nice to purge each list separately.

Purgins the lists is covered in issue 23.

Which format would you want the export to be in? Is this for moving to a new 
computer with KB SSL Enforcer or do you want to use it elsewhere?

Re purging: Didn't see it in Issue 23, I'm sorry.

I think it should be in the most basic format, just plain text or JSON.
