[FEATURE] Allow configuration of Ports to: Hide, Available, Default

A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when I undock my laptop and have it set to the Speakers - Built-in Audio and come back and it changes to my headphones.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to be able to set Ports as the following:

• Hide, Available, Default. Default would automatically go back to that Port regardless of new sound inputs. I can change to my headphones as needed.
