We will be looking for other places like thealing DACH region

Baseline requirements

  • leadership person who has a lot of experience in tech & wellbeing
  • location around 200-300sqm with scenic view, where would be a good place to have coffee place
  • wellbeing focus area
  • village with good size of services
  • it's oke on outskirts of city

Location tips

  • Salzburg
  • Munich
  • Bolzano/Trento/Lago di Garda

Added Note:

Things that reccomend my friends to me is this new center.
Its a IT Center close to my home. Powered by Schwarz. Schwarz is Lidl.
I assume in 2 years they start to get some inspiring Companies in their building complex.
Yes two years ... don't question it ... germany 🙄😅
The current Architecture Picture have a Black Mirror Vibe, which i like. I assume well prompted 🐒
