Can we test with Intel compilers? #178

It would be helpful if we would also test with the Intel compilers.

  • Can we install the Intel compilers with some open source license on the Travis-CI instances?
  • If that works, add build using the Intel compilers.

Intel now host binds the license [1]. So out of the box we won't be able to run the Intel compilers because we can't control the MAC address of the Travis-CI worker. It might be possible to run the tests inside a Docker container as in:

docker run --mac-address XX:XX:XX:XX
