We need an automated way to trigger this workflow:

  1. New LH release
  2. Update UT js lib version
  3. Update UT back java lib version
  4. Test
  5. Build ut ui docker with the same lh tag
  6. Build ut back docker with the same lh tag
  7. Build standalone docker with the same lh tag
