Hi,
I have a quick question regarding the downloading of the FASTQ files. I haven't been able to access the fastq file of some samples, such as the sample "AB0333-C" and the ERR id "ERR1702369".

I tried this command wget ftp://ftp.sra.ebi.ac.uk/vol1/fastq/ERR1702/ERR1702369/ERR1702369_1.fastq.gz but the file doesn't exist for this path.

Hi @jdaron, apologies for the very late reply. If it's still useful to know, it looks like the FTP URLs may have changed. E.g., for the run ERR1702369 the FASTQ URLs are currently shown as:

• ftp://ftp.sra.ebi.ac.uk/vol1/fastq/ERR170/009/ERR1702369/ERR1702369_1.fastq.gz
• ftp://ftp.sra.ebi.ac.uk/vol1/fastq/ERR170/009/ERR1702369/ERR1702369_2.fastq.gz
