existing proposals do not load

Hey there,
I know the project is going through some hard times currently, which is a pity. We are using tzsafe for some multisig operations. Unfortunately we can't use it atm, because new proposals do not seem to show up, the proposal page is just loading infinitely.

If there is anything we can do on our end, please let us know.
