Just installed and it works but seems a little sluggish. Curious if there are particular IIS configurations that would enhance the speed of the UI.

In what way is the UI sluggish?
Performance is generally dictated by the speed the app can read the disk for parsing files, and the speed it takes to run a powershell script.
