PowerToys Run

Steps to reproduce

Open PT Run, drag window to a different part of the screen. Close. Open again.

✔️ Expected Behavior

PT Run to remember last opened location.

❌ Actual Behavior

Opens back in the middle of the screen.

This has NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT MONITOR IT IS OPENING ON. This is on a single-monitor system, Run not remembering its last opened location on that single screen. This behavior is a regression from Wox.
