Description of the new feature / enhancement

I think this should be a feature, it's like settings sync in VS Code. I think that it would be very helpful to many people that have a lot of PCs and don't want to have to setup the settings all over again; just signing into 1 account should do it all.

Scenario when this would be used?

Installing PowerToys on another PC when you already have PowerToys setup on an existing PC.

You can find the settings under %localappdata%\Microsoft\PowerToys

Hi! We've identified this issue as a duplicate of another one that already exists on this Issue Tracker. This specific instance is being closed in favor of tracking the concern over on the referenced thread. Thanks for your report!
