Description of the new feature / enhancement

When the user right-clicks a block of selected text, have the Case Chooser appear in the context menu with these choices: "lowercase", "UPPERCASE", "Sentence case.", "Title Case", and, for whatever reason, "tOGGLE cASE" and "aLtErNaTiNg CaSe".

Scenario when this would be used?

Sometimes it can be a hassle to retype a long string of text in a different case. The Case Chooser feature would make this easier in situations where a text field doesn't allow formatting such as bold or italics, including on such social media websites as X/Twitter.
