Being able to choose custom position for PowerToys run, or making it remember where you placed it last. Also the ability to customize the background/transparency of the run window.

One could use this to place the tool window at the bottom of the screen, or any other position which might be suitable. Also adding transparency would make it see-through, which can be useful in those situations where you still need to see the text behind the run window.
