same problem here, happens on one of my pc

Seeing it too. terminal tab hungs after typing some chars. Will continue to work after some seconds to minutes.

Same happens for preview 1.22.3232.0 installed via store.

Terminal windows is usable and you can still open new tabs or change settings.
But after typing a few characters to a console it hangs for a while and doesn't accept any futher input.
It's happening on cmd / pwsh and wsl. Probably also on the other shells too.
