Describe the Issue

The mstest and xunit test result border cannot be dragged up and down.

Steps To Reproduce

1.Download and install VS Code (Insiders)
2.Install CDK and C#, create a xunit or mstest test and open it in VS Code.
3.Edit the UnitTest.cs file and run it.
4.Drag the result box.

Expected Behavior

The mstest and xunit test result border can be dragged up and down.
