mcp cli tool not available on iOS

Describe the bug

The comandline tool "mcp" is not available, after using:
uv add "mcp[cli]===1.2.0rc1"

I was able to create an mcp server and an mcp client following this hint:
#114

But installing the mcp_server in Claude Desktop using
mcp install server.py
is not working.

Expected behavior
I expect that the mcp cli is available after installing it.

You need to source the venv. Usually source .venv/bin/activate. Please seek for help in the forums and verify that your issue is a reproducible bug.
