Describe the bug
The App won't open shows message "Synchronizing file. Please wait...." with green circle just going round and round!

To Reproduce
When click on App shows message as described above

Expected behavior
Clicking on the App would open the App

Device Information:

• Device: Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 5G
• OS: Android 13
• App Version: [e.g. 2024.08.01]
