Hi,
I'm using MOSTLYAI Python SDK to generate synthetic data. I added sqlserver connector support while installing SDK.
I ran into below issue while connecting to SQL server database.
ignoring unrecognized fields for ConnectorConfig: testConnection
Database connection failed with error: (pyodbc.InterfaceError) ('IM002', '[IM002] [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified (0) (SQLDriverConnect)')
(Background on this error at: https://sqlalche.me/e/20/rvf5)
Below is python code I’m using to connect to SQL server database:
_from mostlyai.sdk import MostlyAI
mostly = MostlyAI(local=True)
mssql_source = mostly.connect({
"name": "MS SQL Server Connector",
"type": "MSSQL",
"access_type": "SOURCE",
"config": {
"host": "localhsot",
"port": "1433",
"username": "test"
},
"secrets": {
"password": "****"
},
"test_connection": True
})_
Please note I have tested the connection with pyodbc directly and it works.
