Support for Grohe Blue

Hi everybody,

would it be possible to integrate the grohe blue water dispenser?

In openhab binding repo was allready a feature request (openhab/openhab-addons#15778), also with api json example, but it looks like that the main api-lib maintainer isn't working anymore on his project.
