binder link broken

Hello!

Following the jupyterlab binder link from jupytext's repo, I currently get an error:
"404 : Not Found You are requesting a page that does not exist!"

The url is: https://hub.gke2.mybinder.org/user/mwouts-jupytext-7r3k4bvz/lab/tree/demo/get_started.ipynb

Steps to reproduce: follow the jupyter lab binder link.

I was also trying to launch a Binder using the badge in the README and getting the following error on startup:

Other Binders for other repos seem to be working, so probably something related to this repo?

Might be related to jupyter-server/jupyter_server#1127, although that issue should be fixed now.
