We currently only run TLS tests on Windows Server 2019. It would be useful to run them on other Windows versions as well, such as:

Windows Server 2012 R2
Windows Server 2016
Windows Server 2022
Windows Server 20h2
ReactOS (if we can find a way to run it on Cirrus)

Should be doable per cirruslabs/cirrus-ci-docs#982 , e.g. what we do in https://github.com/namecoin/pkcs11mod/blob/e2700846e3fa82620b881021c4bacad63f879c38/.cirrus.yml#L392-L397
