Describe the feature request

we currently have DISP-S1 worker disk space to be 600GB and also disk_usage of DISP-S1 SCIFLO job spec to be 600GB. The latter should be less than former although the system still works.

Reviewing the local disk of verdi worker, the disk space usage seems to be 225GB so 600GB is overkill. We should set disk_usage to be 400GB to be conservative and set the EC2 disk size to be 500Gb which will save us little money.
