[Bug]: Replace the current geojson file for North America

Describe the bug

PST and ADT have noticed that we are currently using the wrong geojson file to filter products over North America, specifically we are using an older version that contains a 100km buffer along the coast.

What did you expect?

We need to replace the wrong version of the file(s) with the new version.

Delivered north_america_opera_expanded.geojson and north_america_opera_expanded_difference.geojson to github and changed north_america_opera.geojson to point to north_america_opera_expanded.geojson.
Uploaded north_america_opera_expanded.geojson and north_america_opera_expanded_difference.geojson into S3 and replaced north_america_opera.geojson with north_america_opera_expanded.geojson
