I think it would help to have a brief description of what these diagnostics are and how they might inform decisions about your model. It doesn't have to be too detailed, and linked out to the details (presumably in survival?)
At the moment the flow of the code doesn't seem to stack up - it doesn't show the command that has to be run:
Ideally 😕 if the diagnostics show that something is wrong (?? proportional hazards not valid??) a solution is proposed? That is, if there is normally something that you can do that will help in normal R, how do you do that in DS?
