Need some clarification

First of all: thanks for all the efforts put into coc-eslint.

Maybe it's just me, but it would be great, if there was some clarification in the documentation about:

• Which dependencies does coc-eslint require (e.g. eslint itself)
• Does coc-eslint work with global or local eslint installations?

IMO, if a linter/formatter/language server is written in javascript, they will be a dependence of the coc extension, don't need to be installed extraly.

I think coc-biome can be a good alternative of coc-eslint.
