DeepSpeed errors

However doing this:
import os
print(os.environ.get('CUDA_PATH'))
Prints out this: C:\Program Files\NVIDIA GPU Computing Toolkit\CUDA\v11.7

So clearly I have it installed. Anyone know what might be the issue?

and new error is:
[WinError 2] The system cannot find the file specified
when trying to install deepspeed

My guess it has to do with Windows not working with DeepSpeed.
