Error on executing roots watch #3

Everything is configured properly, but after you run 'roots watch' the error below will appear.

There seems to be a problem with 'roots-collection'

My Software info:
-- Windows 10 64bit OS
-- Node v4.4.0
-- Roots v4.0.1
