Frontend Crash testing typo3 13.4.1

Bug description
Hello.
I tested the last source code under Typo3 13.4.1. It works so far, but there is a problem with links. After saving the page for the first time, there is a crash in FE with indexed search.
If you open the text element again and save it, the title and target are deleted.

Environment

After further testing, I discovered that an image that is the last element in the editor cannot be linked at all. Also, strange bars appear after returning from the Link Wizard.
