Add support for Ubuntu LTS Unattended installs including Mini images.

Focal (20.04) isn't listed there yet, however can be found here: http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/focal/main/installer-amd64/current/legacy-images/netboot/mini.iso
